Nicolette has always had a passion for cooking up stellar dishes in the kitchen. Whether she’s cooking for herself or for guests, her heart and soul go into every meal. During quarantine, like most of us, Nikki found herself spending more in the kitchen.
Her signature empanadas are rooted behind a long family legacy. If you know Nikki, then you know her family’s empanadas. Created using a “secret family recipe”, Buen Provecho strives to be the best empanada you’ve ever had!
